• Follow the prompts in the scheduler to schedule your Inspection Services and check my availability. My availability is updated daily. 

• My inspections typically last approximately 3 hours, and this is dependent upon the age, size, foundation type, and condition of the property. 

• Pricing is based on the finished square footage of the home. 

       *I do not up-charge for foundation types. 

• After scheduling your inspection you will receive an email confirming I have received your inspection order. As soon as I have confirmed the order, you’ll receive another email along with a text message confirming the Inspection date, time, and address. Also inside of this email will be a link to my inspection agreement that you can e-sign from your smartphone or a PC, and a link where you can make a payment with credit or debit card.

• Cash or check is an accepted payment method. Please make a note in the additional notes section if you intend to pay with cash or check. Checks will be mobile deposited at the time of inspection. 

• When I have completed the inspection report of your home, you will receive an email and a text message containing a link to view your report. If payment has not been made prior to the inspection you will be prompted to make full payment in order to unlock and view the report.
